on saturday,
i had an NUSPS outing @ Marina Barrage.
there are so many picture that i think i'll divide into 3 blogposts.

the second part blog entry would be about our shopping trip.
i took the pics with my friend's camera, so have to wait for him to send me!
the committee members decided to meet earlier to bake cookies, cupcakes and prepare finger foods.
so!
we went over to my friend's place as she has the facilities.
the first thing we made was cupcakes!!
the result was amazing!
(to my standard at least)
i haven't been baking since i baked cupcakes for my 2nd sis's birthday
which was like 2 years ago.
so i was super stoked that it was successful!!
the end result looks so delicious!
my friends helped with the icing as i still had to bake the cookies!
the texture of the icing wasn't that good.
it was too stiff as i added too much milk. :P
next on the menu was chocolate chip cookies!
this was the end result! :D
yay!
i was finishing the batch of cookies and left a handful of cookie dough.
and i thought, won't it be cool to have a gummy bear cookie?
so i made a huge cookie and stuffed gummy bears in it, and let it bake.
after a while, there was a sweet candy smell drifting from the oven, and it made me curious.
and i was horrified to find out that the gummy bears were melting!!
well, it did taste good in the end
cookies for the outing!
we also made finger food!
egg and tuna mayo sandwich
and also other finger food.
kudos to Xin Yun who single-handedly prepared them!
4 hours of preparation later,
we were all wrapped up and ready to go!
