i had an early family reunion yesterday!
every chinese new year, we will have steamboat
with the relatives at my grandma's place.
and it's usually on the 1st of the lunar new year.
but this year, because one of my uncles is on a tight schedule, we had it 2 days earlier.
nevertheless,
it was very warm eating with the family and playing with my cousins.
my grandma makes the best steamboat!
my little cousin came to visit! :D
he has grown so much since the last time i've seen him.
he is initially camera-shy
but he is as playful as usual
my little niece was these too!
though she only made a small public appearance.
my uncle was very pleased to meet her! :)
and to wrap up the night,
i played firecrackers with my sisters and cousins.
to sum it up,
it was an awesome night!
